Information about the processing of personal data when using this website and the ORBI application.

Scope: Website & App Hosting: Hetzner & OVH Wallet/RPC: Multi-chain Legal basis: GDPR / device access rules (TDDDG) Back: Home

1. Controller

AnyFast Blockchain & Development UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted by Hetzner Online GmbH and OVH Groupe SA. During hosting, server log files are processed (e.g., IP address, date/time, accessed page, user-agent/browser information). Processing is carried out to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website.

Legal basis

Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).

3. Cookie preferences and external content (Google Fonts Icons)

We use necessary cookies for basic functions (e.g., storing your cookie preferences). You can also enable external content. If you enable “Google Fonts (Icons)”, a connection to Google servers is established (e.g., fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com). Your IP address may be transmitted to Google.

Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) in conjunction with rules on accessing information on end-user devices (TDDDG). You can withdraw your consent at any time via “Cookie settings”.

4. YouTube

We do not embed YouTube videos directly. If you follow a link to YouTube, YouTube/Google’s privacy policies apply.

5. Wallet connections and multi-chain functionality

Our application enables the connection of external wallets and the use of blockchain features across multiple networks (including Sui, WAX/Antelope such as EOS and XPR, Solana, and EVM networks including BSC). Wallet connections and blockchain-related requests are only triggered when you actively use a corresponding function (e.g., “Connect Wallet”, “Crediting”, “Mint”).

The following data may be processed:

Purposes: onboarding, crediting, game operation/organization, transaction execution, fraud/abuse prevention.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the functions) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security and traceability, fraud/abuse prevention).

6. Public RPC endpoints (dynamic selection)

To interact with blockchains, we use public RPC endpoints. Endpoints may be selected dynamically (e.g., based on availability/latency). Technical data (in particular IP address) and, depending on the request, wallet- and transaction-related information may be transmitted to the endpoint used. Processing outside the EU/EEA cannot be excluded depending on the provider/location.

7. Blockchain notice (public visibility & immutability)

Blockchain transactions are generally publicly visible and technically cannot be deleted or changed afterwards. This may also apply to NFT-related data (e.g., token IDs, transaction data and, depending on the network/setup, metadata). We have no influence on processing by network participants, nodes, or blockchain explorers.

8. Highscores, player name and internal crediting records (database)

To provide highscores/game operation and for internal traceability of crediting processes, we store: wallet address, transaction references (hash/ID), score/highscore, player name (freely chosen) and timestamps.

Public leaderboard

Highscores may be displayed publicly. We recommend using a nickname (no real names). The public display may include player name and score; wallet addresses should be shortened/derived where possible.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (operating the functions) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security, traceability, fraud prevention).

9. Retention

Server log files are stored only as long as necessary for operation and security. Data in our database is stored as long as required for game operation, highscores and internal traceability, and is then deleted/anonymized where appropriate, unless overriding reasons prevent this. On-chain data is stored permanently or long-term within the respective network and cannot be technically deleted.

10. Recipients

Recipients may include: hosting providers (Hetzner), wallet providers/wallet software, and operators/providers of the RPC endpoints and blockchain networks used. Depending on the service, transfers to third countries may occur.

11. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
